As part of the IFE Conference 2026, representatives from various institutions attended the inaugural session of AIGEN's Technology Committee on January 28, 2026. The event, held at the Learning Lab of the Institute for the Future of Education, was attended primarily by professors and researchers from Latin American institutions.
In this initial presentation, members of the network had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with members of the TECgpt architecture team, who shared experiences, ideas and updates related to the development of TECgpt, and their work in artificial intelligence. The discussion included areas for open-source software development, model design and collaboration, and future activities.
