HarmoNIA (from 'El Camino' project) catalyzes societal transformation through education by harmonizing AI-driven personalized content, expert human mentorship, practical knowledge, and real-world application to build socio-emotional strength, future-ready skills, and community leadership—all delivered via WhatsApp for truly inclusive access.
Launched in early 2025 across Monterrey, Mexico, in partnership with two CONALEP campuses and four community centers. 'El Camino' was a six-week pilot program designed by the Experimentation & Impact Measurement team, sponsored by FEMSA to empower adolescents from vulnerable communities via a personalized hybrid learning model —combining AI tutoring and human mentorship — delivered entirely over WhatsApp.
